Comprehensive Analysis of Cement Production Process
Analysizing the cement production process is a full range of analysis of cement production line. In the cement production process, most of the raw materials should be broken, such as limestone, clay, iron ore and coal. Limestone is the maximum amount raw materials for the production of cement. The limestone after mining has larger particle size and high hardness. Therefore, limestone crushing occupies a more important position in the cement plant materials crushing. Raw material pre-homogenizing pre-equalization technology is to use the scientific stacker reclaimer technology to achieve the initially homogenization to make the raw material yard have the storage and homogenization function in the access of the raw materials. In the cement raw meal homogenizing dry cement production process, the stable pit entry of raw material composition is the premise of stable clinker burning thermal system. The raw material homogenization system plays a gatekeeper role in the last stable raw ingredients. After completion of preheating of the firing of the raw material of the cement clinker is in the cyclone preheater and precalciner. The next step is to enter the rotary kiln for clinker firing. The carbonate in the rotary kiln further rapidly decomposes and and generates a series of solid-phase reaction to produce cement clinker and other minerals.
