Matters Need Attention for Check of Vibrating Screen

The vibrating screen is a common machine in the mining machinery industry. We must understand the notes for the check of the vibrating screen in the following aspects.
First, when the vibrating screen is installed on the steel structure platform, you need to fix it with the bolts. The table board of the steel structure should have certain degree of stiffness. If the vibrating screen is installed on the ground of the cement foundation, you need not fix it with the anchor bolts.
Second, only a three-phase switch is needed for the vibrating screen. You had better use the electrical control panel. You can put the wire connected to the power supply with the snakeskin tube. For safety, you must install the electrical control panel on the wall. Before the vibrating screen is connected with the electrical control panel, you should check if the electrical control panel is normal.
Third, before starting the vibrating screen, you should check if there is damage of the coarse mesh and fine mesh and if the toe ring is locked tightly. After the starts, check if there is abnormal noise of the vibrating screen, if current is stable, and if the vibration is normal.
Forth, in the initial period of the vibrating screens, you should always check if there is looseness for the components and the anchor bolts of the vibrating screen. If you find there is looseness, you should timely fasten it so that the vibrating screen can work normally.
Fifth, check whether there is attrition for the connecting rod from the vibrating screen to the switch. When you replace the cable, you should use the neoprene vibration-resistant cable. Operation with missing items is prohibited.
Sixth, after the start of the sieve, you should if there are other things affecting the movement of the reel in the operation space. Then you can feed materials to the surface of the sieve. You should often check if there is looseness for the sieve.
Seventh, note that if there is unusual sound for the sieve. The vibration of the screen frame should be smooth. There should be no normal swing. When the sieve shakes, you should check if the elasticity of the four support springs is the same and if there is break situation.
Eight, check whether the direction of the vibrating motor is in opposite direction operation. If you find the rotation direction is wrong, you can adjust the eccentric block under the vibrating motor.
