In order to make the materials can move along the screen surface to the discharging end, the screen surface is generally installed obliquely. The screen surface can also be installed horizontally, but the movement of the screen box must be differential. The shaking screen has the advantages of high screening efficiency and high productivity. The shaking range will not change with the change of the feeding amount. The movement is stable. However, the efficiency and dynamic equilibrium is poor.
The second is the vibrating screen. The sieve box of the vibrating screen is similar to the sieve box of the shaking screen. However, the support and the hanging screen box use the spring assembly. The vibration of the screen box mainly relies on the exciter. The exciter is an elastic vibrating system. The amplitude is affected by the feeding capacity and other dynamics factors.
The movement of the vibrating screen is characterized by high frequency and small amplitude. The materials can jump on the screen surface. Therefore, the production capacity and screening efficiency are high. The vibrating screen can be used for various screening operations in the coal preparation plant.
The third is plane movement screen. The motion for the plane movement screen is the swing and vibration in a plane. According to the motion trajectory, the motion can be divided into linear motion, circular motion, elliptic motion, and complex motion.
