Since the environment of the mining enterprise is harsh with large amount of dust and noise. Therefore, the daily maintenance of the crushers and sand making machine is especially important. However, most of the mining enterprises ignore the cleaning and lubrication of the equipment in normal operation resulting in increase of the frictional resistance and acceleration of equipment wear and tear, which shortens the maintenance period of the equipment and greatly reduces the service life of the equipment.
Third, the technical condition of the idle equipment is intact. There are no dustproof, rust protection and dampproof measures for the idle equipment or spare equipment, especially the wearing parts. In addition, there is no regular inspection and maintenance, which seriously affects the technical state of the equipment.
The management level of the crushers directly affects the completion of the task of the production and economic benefits, and device management is a multi-level complex system. We should do well the work of each later in the order to ensure the normal operation of the construction of production.
