Introduction to Meaning of the Stone Production Line

The production process of stone production line has the both the broad meaning and the narrow meaning. The generalized production process refers to the whole process from the preparation to start the production of some product to the finish of the production. The narrow production process refers the process in which the process begins when the materials are put into production. The stone production line is the human, financial, and material consumption process. In addition, the stone production process is also the process of creating new value and use value of material wealth.
Rationally organizing the production process is one of the important tasks of the management of the enterprises. Only the rational organization of the production process can make the investment in resources be fully utilized to ensure the timely and order production with quality and quantity. The basic requirements of the rational organization of the production process include the following points.
The first point is the continuity. Continuity means that the various stages and various working procedures of the products in the production process are closely co-ordinated. The unreasonable interruptions are not allowed. The process should be as short as possible. It comprises the continuity of time and the continuity of space. The continuity of time refers to the movement in various links of the production process of the labor objects. The process is in a continuous state from beginning to the end. There should be no or little unnecessary pauses and waiting phenomenon. The spatial continuity means that all aspects of the production process in the spatial arrangement in the process is reasonable and compact so that the process of the processing object becomes as short as possible. There is no circuitous round-trip phenomenon.
The second is the coordination. The coordination is also called the proportionality. The coordination means that the various phrases and the various working procedure of the products in the production process should maintain certain proportional relationship.
The third is the balance. The balance is also known as the rhythmicity. The  rhythmicity refers to the process in which the various stages and various working procedures can produce and hand over the same amount of products from the beginning to the end.
The forth is the parallelity. The parallelity means that the various stages of the  production process and the production activities of various working procedures should be carried out as horizontally as posibble  in order to shorten the time of the production process and to speed up the production of the product.
